  • Simultaneously executed delivery of design and analysis in support of Risk and Stability to implement disaster recovery, reducing risk exposure and business process migration. 3 projects of $250, $750K and $800K respectively. Delivery of Risk Remediation included 9 applications, spanning 5 lines of business. Analysis and design for other projects included over a dozen lines of business, over 30 applications, involving both US and UK resource management.
  • Executed year long pilot supporting entire Consumer Card line of business areas to demonstrate systematic monitoring of all processes, desktops and servers. Included extensive research, design, negotiation with multiple vendors including integration of TBSM (Tivoli), IT CAM (IBM), Aternity and ITM6. Pilot included over $500K in labor and over $1.2MM in software. Demonstrated potential for significant decrease in customer failures, associate hours lost and increased revenue to shareholders through improvements. Developed and presented recommendations to technology executives.
  • Executed pilot supporting proof of concept regarding the use of vendor software, VMWare, to reduce risk exposure to open port hacking on distributed desktops throughout the Consumer Card space. This project demonstrated and documented the cost, effectiveness and ability to close the risk in an accelerated timeline of 4 months. Responsible for managing multiple teams across several lines of business and developing recommendations to technology executives regarding potential for future implementation.
  • Executed aggressive project to improve Claims Priority Routing. This project involved the delivery of IVR changes for the Claims line of business. Project included close work with line of business subject matter experts, IVR technical experts and vendor management for telecomm changes - EDS.
  • Completed execution of major $2.5MM redesign of Customer Marketing Application CLMS and its supporting telecomm IVR systems. Supported additional $800K shared services changes in support of automated, customized IVR systems.
