Fabricate, modify and repair all structures of the MD 500 series, installation of ribs, stringers, stiffeners, belly skins, firewall installation, pie skin
- Ability to interpret blue prints and drawings.
- Provide my own tools for installation/removal of riveting, close tolerance drilling, cutting, Hi-loc installation, electrical bonding, safety wire installation, cutting and shaping or various materials.
- Work with various hand squeezes, pneumatic tools
- Knowledge of environmental sealing, mixing, edge sealing, fay seal
- Coordinate safe movement of helicopter location in and out of Hanger
- Able to work in teams of two for the installation of rivet fasteners, aluminum, monel, Hi-loc installation
- Solid and blind rivet installation/removal, structural layout
