Setting SEO/Keyword strategies Forex Trading, Webhosting and Plastic Surgery segments. My goal was to generate more organic traffic from the Search Engines. Our company's websites were some of the major players in each field.

  • Managing a team of Link developers/Content writers of 8 people in house.   • I also managed a team of 12 link developers offshore in Manila/Tallin. They were new and got some basic training from other managers but pretty new so they needed a lot of help to start off with.
  • Follow up daily on results and ranking. I had a bi-weekly 30 minute meeting with each one of them to see what they had done and giving pointers since each member of an SEO team has a responsibility to use common sense or the site could risk penalization.
