- Drafting of patent applications and the prosecution of existing applications in the areas of electrical/telecommunications engineering, medical devices (e.g., handheld tonometer for self-measurement of eye pressure, oral implant for insertion within salivary glands, ocular implant for corrective movement of eyeball associated with fat reduction; MRI systems, and method of determining an early warning indicator for cardiac arrest in children), camera operation and image processing software, media presentation systems, and business methods.
- Performing various prior art searches and patentability analysis.
- Providing product analysis for potential infringement of client's patent(s).
- Preparing claim construction charts and infringement analysis (e.g., confocal microscopy, free-space optics for confocal microscopy, and UV and Visible light laser units for confocal microscopy).
