  • Work with LOGSA, FEDLOG, MS-DOS, Windows, MS Office and other similar programs. Perform simple software installation. Work with SARSS-1 and BLAST protocols. Print SARSS Gateway reports and handle SARSS Gateway customer service calls from customers. Maintain ASL and SRA Operations, hand receipt, and conduct retail supply inventories and maintain accountability of hand receipt items.
  • Operate and manage minor stand-alone PC-based software/systems such as MAXIMO or like programs. Perform other administrative tasks as determined by SARSS Analyst or Department Manager. Provide appropriate technical assistance and responses or refer calls to SARSS System Analyst or other individuals as necessary.
  • Tracking and coordinating the control of containers entering and departing the CLSS IX yard. Inventory and coordinating the material inside containers entering and departing the CLSS IX yard and updating accurate counts in the SARSS system. Conduct 10% critical inventory weekly and scheduled 100%inventory of the CLSS IX yard. Coordinate with the supply technician for all CLSS IV materials and stock control for sensitive items in the SSA yard.
