Hub Operations Manager, Master Control Supervisor, Master Control Operator

Established all WPEC West Palm Beach hub procedures including: coordination with various departments and clients in multiple markets in order to get content to the hub, operating software troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting, and satellite tuning.
