I've had services with Job Hero for a few years, and before today I had not used the services in a couple of years. So when I logged on to jobhero.com it sent me to another area website called myperfectresume. Well, I uploaded my resume and when I went to download it was trying to charge me. I've been paying on this account every month and when I called I spoke with a gentleman who frustrated the heck out of me. I hung up called back and was blessed to speak with a gentleman by the name of Roy. Roy was very patient and kind, he explained to me that myperfectresume is purchased my job hero, but Roy was able to pull my old account to help me. Please keep Roy because he is amazing

Great service, I get the job every time. Sometimes it is wordy but you can delete some if you prefer.
