Pick Packers assist with filling orders in a warehouse setting. They help manage the warehouse and inventory and package goods as part of the supply chain staff. The Pick Packer is part of the warehouse staff and works in conjunction with other supply chain management professionals. They commonly work in the retail sector assisting with the distribution of retail goods.

Inspect all incoming merchandise and shipping materials.

Place items sized crates and containers for shipping to customer destinations.

Accurately complete all paperwork and continuously use wrist and hand scanners to document changes.

Inventory incoming and outgoing items.

They also make sure to track all orders, packaging, and shipping in order to ensure inventory is accurately recorded.
