Family Readiness Officer

Family Readiness Officers work in the military and are responsible for reinforcing the relationship between unit members and their families. Essential duties of a Family Readiness Officer are providing support to family members, organizing community outreach events, identifying unit member needs, organizing training opportunities, and finding ways to increase socialization and community connection.
