iKrut – This completely free system offers users a basic range of recruiting functions with the ability to add an unlimited number of recruiters and job openings. iKrut also provides users with their own career website customized with the user’s logo and content.

Zoho Recruit – Enjoy this free, customizable version of Zoho Recruit, which is perfect if you have one recruiter and no more than five job openings at the same time. Additional recruiters can be added for a minimal fee per month.

Qandidate – This free, hosted career site that offers users the ability to publish openings to job boards or social media channels features a modern and user-friendly interface.

Opencats – This open source applicant-tracking system allows savvy users to install it on any local Linux or Windows server to access through a browser interface. In addition, the software can be modified. All the basic functions users expect are available, but technical support is non-existent except for a forum where users can connect and discuss software issues.
