Also, I have implemented a predictive maintenance program to eliminate unplanned down time by predicting, with the use of different devices, and repairing at risk equipment and components before a failure. Ensure the quick response to repair unplanned equipment failures to minimize unplanned production downtime. Maintain critical spare parts.
